Of course. Your Boxie is also your mailbox! We have provided a slot to receive your letters.

Any courier company can leave or pick up a parcel in your Boxie. You enter the barcode of your parcel via the portal, or you give the delivery person the pin code of your Boxie and they do the rest.

You can open or have your Boxie opened by scanning a barcode, entering a 4-digit code, or with your personal key.

Have you registered your package on my.boxiebenelux.com and have you informed the courier service via the “delivery preferences”? Then you are not doing anything wrong. It can always help to speak to the courier when he comes by for the delivery. Once your courier is familiar with the operation of your Boxie, he will leave everything in your Boxie without any problems.

Your mailbox must be placed at the edge of the public road. The house number or box number must be visible and legible from the public road.

The slot must be at least 23 cm wide and 3 cm high. Place the opening at a height between 70 cm and 170 cm.

Your Boxie connects to the internet. This can be done via a strong enough wifi signal or via an ethernet cable.

Your Boxie should be on a solid, hard surface. A concrete slab is ideal.
